Registration and use of the ARK999 Platform is conditional upon the User meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:
Each individual may hold only one Account on the ARK999 Platform. Duplicate accounts — including those created under different names or email addresses by the same person — are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms. ARK999 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and to retain any bonus funds or winnings generated across those accounts.

All deposits are credited to your ARK999 account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is set by the operator and is subject to change; please check the cashier section for current minimums. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
Familiar Pakistani payment references displayed in the cashier — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for user convenience. The functional currency of the ARK999 platform for Pakistani users is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, bet stakes and withdrawal figures are denominated in PKR. If a deposit is received in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the operator's prevailing rate.
Accounts that remain inactive — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity — for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant account handling, including any applicable administration fees, is governed by the operator's dormant account policy as communicated to the account holder.

ARK999 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. Bets are not accepted from Users who are in possession of information not available to the general public that may advantage their wager (insider information). Bets placed after the closure of a market — due to technical error, latency or any other cause — may be voided.
In the event that a market is offered at an odds price that is clearly erroneous (a "palpable error"), ARK999 reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and to re-settle them at the correct price, or to refund stakes at its discretion. Deliberately exploiting palpable errors constitutes prohibited conduct under Section 9.
Cricket betting markets — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, bilateral Test series and ODI fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play markets are subject to specific in-play betting rules published in the sportsbook. Match interruptions due to weather or other causes are handled per the applicable tournament Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) methodology or abandonment rules.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from the respective third-party game providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided by the game supplier and are available in the game information panel. ARK999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is initiated voluntarily or for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified balance net of bonus funds will be returned to the User via the original payment method subject to KYC completion.
You may request the permanent closure of your ARK999 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned to you following KYC completion and standard withdrawal processing.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause overrides your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
